The Sake Brewers Association is preparing our annual review of the United States sake brewing industry. The information we receive from you helps us provide the most accurate brewing industry statistics to brewers like you. Please assist us by responding to the questions below regarding your company’s sake production.

The more survey participation we have, the better data we can provide in our annual sake brewery industry review that will be featured online and promoted to media, government officials, and organizations engaged in the promotion of sake. These statistics are also provided to the media to protect and promote sake brewers and the sake industry.

Sharing this information with the Sake Brewers Association allows us to compile industry statistics. 

We will NOT be sharing the names of the companies or their individual production numbers. We take privacy seriously, and will keep all of this data strictly confidential.
