The Sake Brewers Association is launching a sake exchange! To participate, all we require is that you own or work for a sake brewery in North America with a current brewery license. During the exchange, we’ll also require each participating brewery to fill out anonymous tasting notes, so that each participating brewery is able to gather quality feedback from the industry and your peers.

Signup by October 31st, 2019 using the form on this page
After the deadline, you will receive a list of each participating brewery’s name and address
Ship 1 bottle to each participating brewery no later than November 30, 2019. Each brewery will cover its own shipping costs.
When receiving the sake bottles, please store them appropriately, taste, fill out the tasting notes document for each bottle, and return these notes to the Sake Brewers Association no later than January 10, 2020.
The Sake Brewers Association will distribute the tasting notes to each participating brewer on Monday, January 13, 2020.
