This is the Original and longest standing “Nihonshu no Hi” or Sake Day Celebration outside of Japan.
Before there was “International Sake Day” or “World Sake Day” there was Sake Day an event born out of passion for all things sake. We were the first and continue to be the largest party that celebrates this October 1st Tradition.
Let us guide you to the best sake made in Japan and in the United States. Taste over 250 premium “brews” that cover the spectrum of makes, styles, and types of sake. Learn about “Nihonshu” and the sake making process with our “Sake Challenge Stations.” Meet many sake brewery owners and makers from Japan, and rub elbows with the most knowledgeable sake experts in the US sake market. Dive into the expanding and very popular local craft sake market by meeting and interacting with some of the best makers in the US. And of course explore our proprietary system called “Try It- Like It- Buy it” which enables you to order the sakes that you taste at the event for home or office delivery!
Sake Day is more than a sake tasting! It is a glimpse at the past, the present, and the future of sake production, and best of all it is a celebration with a great cause!
